Return Policy

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your first shipment to request a return.

If you are not completely satisfied with Relief3® then you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, even if the bottle is empty. 

You can initiate a return by contacting us at info@relief3.com or 866-830-3350 (Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM EST) or by replying to your order confirmation email. You will be given instructions to return the order for a full refund of the product price, less shipping and handling costs.

In order to receive the full refund, you must return the bottle and any unused portion of Relief3® to us.  Once we receive the return, we will process a full refund, provided it is within the 30-day period from purchase date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your bottle(s) of Relief3® and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24-72 hours. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
